We are primarily focused on investing in stable and capital-light industries, such as distribution, trade services, and managed tech services. We are particularly interested in companies within these sectors that have demonstrated a consistent track record of success.
Healthy Business Attributes
The business should be in Canada and have an annual EBITDA of up to $2 million. It must have demonstrated stable or growing revenues, with EBITDA margins exceeding 10%. Additionally, the business should not be overly dependent on any customer or supplier.
